Lynn Cella-Coyne

Lynn Cella-Coyne is a partner with Cella - Flanagan, P.C. Ms. Cella-Coyne primarily focuses her practice on estate planning, including probate, estate administration, wills, and trusts; elder law; real estate, including commercial closings, refinancing, and condominium law; and workers' compensation cases. Ms. Cella-Coyne obtained her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) magna cum laude and Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) from Wheaton College and her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Quinnipiac University. She was admitted to practice law by the Connecticut State Bar in 2001 and is a member of the New Haven, Connecticut, and American Bar Associations.
Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Cella-Coyne volunteers as a member of the Board of Directors of the Wallingford YMCA. In addition, she enjoys running marathons and has participated in the 2009 Boston and 2010 New York City marathons.
Carl E. Cella

Carl E. Cella is the senior partner at Cella - Flanagan, P.C. For 43 years, Mr. Cella has focused his practice on personal injury and wrongful death cases involving automobile accidents and liability issues, including accidents with uninsured and underinsured motorists; slip and fall injuries; dog bites; and injuries caused by defective or dangerous products. He also assists clients in the areas of estate planning, including wills and trusts, and elder law matters involving social security benefits. Mr. Cella is experienced in all types of dispute resolution methods, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation. He has received Martindale-Hubbell's highest AV-Preeminent rating.
In addition to his private practice, Mr. Cella serves as a Special Master for the Federal District Court for the District of Connecticut, and as a Fact Finder and Special Arbitrator for the New Haven Superior Court. He is also the co-author of the Connecticut Bar Journal article entitled, "Products Liability in Connecticut."
Mr. Cella obtained his J.D. from the University of Connecticut. He was admitted to practice law before the Connecticut State Bar in 1966, and the U.S. Supreme Court and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in 1976. He is currently a member of the New Haven County, Connecticut, and American Bar Associations, as well as the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Cella is an active member of the Connecticut community and has previously served as President and Board Member for the Senior Golfers of Connecticut and as Vice President and Board Member of the Guilford Yacht Club from 2006 to 2009.
Robert J. Flanagan

Robert J. Flanagan, Jr. is an experienced trial lawyer who focuses his practice on workers' compensation; education law; and family law, including divorce, child custody and visitation rights, and child support. Mr. Flanagan obtained his B.A. magna cum laude and his J.D. cum laude from the University of Notre Dame, where he was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, Phi Beta Kappa, and Phi Alpha Theta. Mr. Flanagan was admitted to practice law in Connecticut in 1994, and is currently a member of New Haven County, Connecticut, and American Bar Associations, as well as the Middlebury Board of Tax Review.
